I.N.C. Thursdays Registration Form

I understand that a signed Release of Liability and Waiver are required to participate in classes at Whispering Oaks Farm.

I understand that Whispering Oaks Farm, the property where the I.N.C. Program is located, is a FL Agritourism Facility and therefore subject to FL Stat. 570.88 - 89

I understand that there is continuous video recording inside the classroom for the safety of students and staff.

I understand that both the property and the classroom are access controlled for the safety and security of students and animals. I must communicate with my child(ren)s teachers and/ or I.N.C. administration if I need to pick up my child early.

I understand that Drop-off is from 8:50 - 9:05 am and Pick-up is from 1:50 - 2:10pm. I will be charged $1/ minute if I arrive past 2:10pm.

I understand that $330 is due now to register my child to begin class on October 3, 2024. $300 for monthly tuition and $30 to cover the curriculum fee. Once registration is received, and invoice will be sent.

I understand that failure to pay the deposit and/or balance may result in my child losing their seat and my deposit.

I understand that tuition is due on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, prior to the month for which the tuition is being paid. The payment is to be processed via a signed credit card authorization form and the schedule outlined therein.
